Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern sales made on the ODAE online store.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included.

3. Order and payment

You pay for your order on delivery. You can open the package in front of the driver to check the item is correct and in good condition; trying it on or using it before paying is not possible.

4. Delivery

Orders are delivered across Morocco. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend, within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Times are indicative. Details on our Delivery page.

5. Returns, exchanges and refunds

You have 48 hours after delivery to ask for an exchange or a refund. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all its tags and packaging.
