Privacy policy

ODAE collects only what is needed to process and deliver your orders. This page describes exactly what is collected and why.

Data we collect

• Orders: first and last name, phone number, email address, delivery address, city and region.
• Contact form: name, email, phone and the content of your message.
• Customer account (optional): your details and your order history.

No payment data

All orders are paid in cash on delivery. ODAE does not collect, process or store any card or banking data.

How we use it

Your data is used only to prepare and deliver your order, confirm it by phone or WhatsApp, answer your enquiries, and handle exchanges and refunds. It is never sold or rented.

Who sees it

Only the ODAE team and the carrier handling your delivery have access to your details, and only to what is needed to deliver to you.

Cookies

The site only uses cookies it needs to work: remembering your language, keeping your basket, and keeping you signed in to your account. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention

Order data is kept for as long as needed for commercial and accounting follow-up. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to contact@odae.ma.

Security

The site is secure and your information stays private. Your basket and your account are protected, and nothing is shared beyond what is needed to deliver your order.
